Main building. Four-storey building, built in the architectural style of the mid-20th century. The building has 62 rooms, 6 deluxe rooms, 3 single rooms, 3 triple rooms and 50 double rooms. Not far from the medical building and indoor pool. Restaurant, where meals for guests are organized. In the building there is: free wi-fi zone, conference hall, library, billiards, cinema, gym, outdoor pool.

The first building. Two-storeyed cozy building with 46 rooms. 6 singles, 6 triples, 34 two local. In the hall for leisure there are tennis and billiard tables, chessboards and backgammon.

The second building. Four-story building for 103 rooms. In the building there are medical rooms. In the hall for leisure there are tennis and billiard tables, chessboards and backgammon.

The third building. Six-storey modern building with elevator, medical building, indoor swimming pool, SPA complex. Also in the building there is a department of cosmetology, phytobar.

Building "A" A three-storey building in which rooms of various comforts are located from luxury apartments and suites to standard. Each room is thought over to the smallest detail. 3 suites, 4 suites, 29 double standard rooms.
Also in the building there is a restaurant. For business meetings and seminars an equipped conference room for 25 people.

Cottages. 10 family cottages, located in a quiet part of the sanatorium. First floor - large living room, separate kitchen, terrace. Second floor - two bedrooms, bathroom. Each room is a cozy and comfortable space, will give peace and solitude.

VIP - cottages. 2 two-storey VIP cottages for 6 people each. Located on the beach, with a magnificent view from the windows. Each cottage is furnished with luxury furniture and has a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a large living room with a pool table, a sauna and a jacuzzi.
